A hair educational specialist and consultant, trained at Roffler Academy, Mr. Lemmons has studied extensively with L'Oreal London, Toni and Guy London, Sassoon U.S.A., Jingles and Clairol. He is involved in on-going product testing, educational program development and new product implementation.
