President & CEO, John Heffner, Departs CND
July 7, 2011 - After 14 years at CND, President and CEO John Heffner steps down to spend more time with his family and explore new dreams. His departure is effective July 8th.
John will continue his relationship with CND by serving as a consultant for one year. CND's management team will now report directly to Sennen Pamich, President of Colomer USA and Executive Vice President, Americas and Africa. Founder Jan Arnold will remain as the CND local leader and head of the management team.

We thank John for his contributions to the business and in particular to the people, whom he valued most. We wish him the very best!"

Among his numerous contributions, John is most proud of building an industry leading team, maintaining CND's cultural integrity and playing an important part in launching one of the nail industry's greatest innovations, CND Shellac.
In his time at CND, John has had a meaningful impact on not only CND, but the professional beauty industry, representing the company as Chairman of the PBA Board and having been given The City of Hope Spirit of Life Award.
